2015 (RS-Junior): Appeared in 15 contests on the mound and made 10 starts after recovering from a season-ending injury a year prior...Finished the year with a 2-5 record and 7.11 ERA through 44.1 innings pitched...Held the opposition to a .342 batting average while striking out 22 batters...Threw five shoutout innings as the starter in a 2-0 victory over Colorado Christian (Feb. 14).

2014 (Junior): Received medical red shirt due to injury.

2013 (Sophomore): Made 13 appearances including nine starts... Pitched 34.1 innings before season ending injury…Threw five scoreless innings against Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb 16) striking out six…Struck out 25 batters on the year.

2012 (Freshman): Came out of the bullpen to make five appearances...Earned his first collegiate victory over St. Leo University... Made his collegiate debut against Thomas University (GA).

Prior to Eckerd: Was a four year starter on baseball, hockey, and golf…Captain of both the golf and baseball teams Junior and Senior year…All-Conference selection in golf and baseball during junior and senior seasons…Was the heart of the hockey team playing goalie for four seasons.  

Personal: Born December 11…Son of Peter and Maureen Plant…Has one brother, Greg (27) and one sister, Lori (25)…Hobbies include playing hockey, golf, football, and hanging with friends…Chose Eckerd over Sacred Heart University, American International College, and Quinnipiac University.
