Six women's soccer student-athletes recognized on CSC Academic All-District list

GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Five members of the Eckerd women's soccer program have been named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District, the organization announced Tuesday.  were among those recognized. Olivia Ozbolt, Amy Woodhead, Freija Aflenzer, Nadia Buist, Natalie Rudman, and Morgan Wright were among those recognized.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® women's soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Ozbolt, a junior from Lutherville, Md., is majoring in Business Administration at Eckerd. She appeared in 17 matches this season and made 16 starts, scoring three goals and adding five assists while leading the Tritons with 11 points. She recorded 26 shots, including 14 on goal, and logged more than 1,000 minutes. Ozbolt will advance to the CSC Academic All-American national ballot.

Woodhead, a sophomore from High Wycombe, England, is studying Psychology and was a Third Team All-SSC selection for the Tritons. She appeared in 16 matches and made 10 starts, scoring one goal.

Aflenzer, a sophomore from Langenlebarn, Austria, is majoring in International Business, International Relations and Global Affairs. She played in all 17 matches for Eckerd this season, starting 13 of them, and contributed three goals and two assists. She finished the year with 20 shots, including nine on goal.

Buist, a sophomore from Jenison, Mich., is a Business Administration major. She appeared in 16 matches with 11 starts and totaled three goals and two assists. She took 15 shots on the season and placed seven on frame.

Rudman, a senior from Ames, Iowa, is studying Business Administration at Eckerd. She started 12 of the 13 matches she played in this fall and took 10 shots while anchoring the Tritons' defensive unit.

Wright, a junior from Sanford, Fla., is a Pre-Med major at Eckerd. She started 13 of the 17 games she appeared in and was a part of the defensive unit that allowed just five goals in conference play.
