Krysten Garrison, from Piedmont, Missouri, has been instrumental to the Tritons' early success. She leads the team, averaging 10.94 assists per set. She also adds 1.68 digs, and 1.52 kills per set, while the team is hitting .264. Her assists per set currently rank 14th in the nation, while the team's hitting percentage ranks 22nd best in all of Division II. She dished out a season-high 48 assists in four sets at Flagler on September 3 and posted a 32 assist, 11 dig double-double against Southern New Hampshire on September 2. Garrison has also received two SSC Setter of the Week honors in the past three weeks.
