The second baseman from Jupiter, Fla. is also off to an impressive start to her junior season. Costa opened the season with a hit in the first seven games while she has reached base safely in all nine. The leadoff hitter is slashing .438/.514/.594 with a team-leading 14 hits. She hit a two-run double to left center in the finale against Barry to give EC the series sweep of the Buccaneers.
