Victoria Vine was honored on Sunday, May 7, as Eckerd's top female athlete with the presentation of the James R. Harley Award.  Vine led the Eckerd women's basketball team to a historic season as the Tritons won 27 games and claimed both the regular season and tournament SSC championships.  She was recognized as the SSC Player of the Year, South Region Player of the Year and D2CCA Honorable Mention All-American.  A native of Gran Canaria, Spain, Vine was a multi-time recipient of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll award and was twice named as the team's Triton Award winner.
