Junior Carrie Shere had a big day on Saturday, helping the Eckerd softball team to a series win over Barry University.  Shere's weekend was capped by a 2-for-3, four-RBI performance in the series finale including a three-run home run in the first inning.  She also drove in both runs in the first game on Saturday for a total of six RBIs for the day.  In addition, Shere drew four walks during the series and reached base safely in six of nine plate appearances.
