Nikole Van Gennep made Eckerd history on Friday, March 31, when she tossed a no-hitter against Lynn University in a conference series opener.  The sophomore struck out four in recording the program's first no-hitter since before 2006 (complete records before that year are unavailable).  In just two years at Eckerd, Van Gennep already ranks in the top five in several career pitching categories and holds program's single-season records for appearances, innings pitched and ERA.
