Nick Conti came up big in the clutch for Eckerd on Saturday in the opening game of a conference double-header against Lynn University.  In the bottom of the ninth, Conti led off the inning with a solo home run that tied the game and forced extra innings.  That blast turned out to be a sign of things to come as Conti did it again in the bottom of the 10th, this time in the form of a two-out, three-run walkoff home run to give Eckerd a 10-8 victory.  The freshman posted six hits over the weekend in the three-game series.
